We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager Fin Crime to join our team and lead one (or a few) of the following project areas:

• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features)
• Drive efficiency improvement in Risk Operations
• Improve effectiveness of financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives)

Requirements

• Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including Discovery, Delivery, Continuous Discovery, Hypothesis Validation, and Running Product Experiments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities - can identify the right problems to solve, and lead the team to identify & deliver the most promising solutions
• Evidence-led approach, can ground thinking in data, identify key metrics and their drivers and evaluate the success of product investments
• Execution - ability to manage complex product lifecycles
• Adapts quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Little ego - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Sound knowledge of UX principles, including consumer conversion optimisation
• Process optimization: re-engineering and automatization
• Implementation of 3rd party technology products
• Nice to have: Experience with financial crime prevention, regulated products, implementing regulations
