ResponsibilitiesProject Management of assigned projects in plant achieving in time and on budget KPIs.• Without reference, negotiation, and authorized signatory of contracts involving purchasing/ procurement, order placement/tracking and invoice processing.• Vetting and appointment of direct and indirect reports.• Management of direct reports, PDRs processes, etc.• Consulting with statutory bodies, local authorities, etc to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.• Preparation of scopes, coots, timelines, and resources requirements for capital investment as required for the Start plan and AOP business proces.• Financial management to ensure all targets are achieved for capital, expenses, assets write off and accruals.• Completion of feasibility studies, capital expenditures proposal and financial justification of Strona 2 z 3 Załącznik nr 1-00Opracował: Piotr Kosiec Zatwierdził: Tomasz Brony• Co-ordination of in-house project teams comprising R&D, technical development end-users IT S&D and etc.• Design research and technical development of equipment in conjunction with suppliers, TQE and R&D groups.• Manage commissioning of new equipment to hand it over to operation on time and as per specification and safety requirements.• Stay in charge of external contractors safety work management, organize all claims work, stay in charge of PepsiCo ERP/RMS system implementation in relation with contractors and external suppliers.• Mange projects to comply with H&S legislation ensuring all Engineering projects related necessary legal documentation is in place; before signing acceptation act project manager acts as asset holder of the equipment and carry all responsibility on it's material conditions.• Formal monthly review meetings and business update, weekly and period progress reports. Project specific steering groups meetings held monthly.• Manage project team members including Contractors and Suppliers) in order to ensure they pass all necessary certification, attestation for Labour safety, technical certifications, food safety to be in full accordance with PepsiCo (AIB, ERP/RMS systems) and Polish law requirements.• Follow all administrative orders that are active on the territory of Copernicus plant and approved by plant manager; take certain leadership in projects that relate to closing of prescriptions from national and municipal inspections like Fire, Food-sanitation, Ecology, Technical and all others that are active as per Polish legislation.• Deliver planning & management of all the projects budgets in line with company policies.• Execute purchasing / procurement of goods and services including supplier selection, negotiation and preparation of contracts, orders placement, tracking and invoice processing. Autonomously up to $1 MM per single order, for purchases above $1 MM with Global Procurement support.• Develop feasibility studies, business cases, financial models and technical solutions supporting development, evaluation and execution of new business initialives in cooperation with Commercialization, R&D, Marketing, Central Technical Services, Global Procurement, SC Planning, Plant Operations and Others.• Manage preparation, alignment & approval of Capex ensuring AOP delivery. Cooperate with local and regional Finance developing & aligning CARs and associated financial models.• Hold myBuy PL Operations Commodity Approver duty ensuring proper Snacks Operations capital projects spending personally approving all capital purchases.• Invoice supervision and assets depreciation plan of projects and follow up the appropriateness according to general company financial flow by preparing monthly tracking & BOY reports.• Create and lead project teams according needs. Manage trade-offs and resource constraints to ensure effective and timely projects implementation. QualificationsStrong project management skills to co-ordinate agenda of multiple paralel executed projects within multisite environment where resources are not directly owned.• Subject to direction rather than control, recommendations are reviewed for input with line manager with the aim to align and identify implementation strategy rather than approval.• Influencing skills - able to align and motivate site leaders and manufacturing directors to support the projects, provide resource, time etc.• Ability to communicate with and drive engagement on agenda with multiple stakeholders from VP to frontline.• Strong analytical skills, good understanding of financial modeling and accounting principles to be a partner for discussion for the Financial Department.• Deep understanding of machinery equipment and production processes technology - ability to quickly learn and determine suitability of various evaluated technical and technological solutions during feasibility studies preparation and equipment design sessions.• Experience in project management of multi-MM$ capital Strona 3 z 3 Załącznik nr 1-00Opracował: Piotr Kosiec Zatwierdził: Tomasz Brony• Contracts negotiating skills for equipment and services purchases.• Ability to create and lead functional project teams.• Fluent knowledge of English to work with all levels in PepsiCo and to liaise technically with worldwide equipment suppliers.• Computer literacy essential – ability to use Autocad, manage Excel financial reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, etc.• Min 2-3 years experience in FMCG industry
