Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide the development of the Letters of Credit Case Management Tool (CMT) and Salesforce initiatives. You’ll provide strategic technical oversight with practical expertise in. NET and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery across both platforms. The role requires coordinating teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and managing architecture decisions without daily coding.
The role requires working in US Eastern Time Zone: 14:00–22:00.
Responsibilities
Providing technical leadership for two main areas: CMT Product (SQL Server, C#,. NET, Azure, Service Bus) and Salesforce (Apex development, Communities, integrations)
Aligning technical delivery with business goals in collaboration with Product Managers and Agile Leads
Overseeing architecture reviews, solution design, and integration between systems
Ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency of workflows
Managing technical risks, dependencies, and sprint deliverables
Supporting testing phases, including UAT and release coordination
Communicating effectively with global teams in English
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software development with. NET
Proven experience in leading technical teams in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure, Service Bus)
Experience working with Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
Residing in Poland required
Nice to have
Experience in financial systems or government projects
Familiarity with SIGMA API alerts, RFI workflows, and document management systems
Practical experience with workflow configuration and dashboard customization
