Credit Management and Risk Relevant Collections Manager Your Responsibilities: Credit management of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet, i.e. for B2 D (Business to Dealer, Commercial Finance) and risk-relevant B2 B (Business to Business) / B2 C (Business to Consumer): Planning and steering the credit business, providing qualified analysis and voting of credit exposures in Commercial Finance and risk-relevant retail/fleet finance. Analyzing all factors material for assessing credit risk, considering the debt-servicing capacity of the borrower. Managing the annual credit reviews (B2 C, B2 B, Commercial Finance) to ensure effective credit risk management, including CRS rating, guarantees, and collateral. Steering and coordinating the local credit committee to ensure the required compliant approval of credit reviews and exposures. Managing core credit processes for problem loan management for B2 D (self-responsibly) and for B2 C/B2 B (as supported by Collections team), developing crisis prevention measures. Setting up loan loss provisions (as supported by accounting, controlling and risk teams). Ensuring compliance with relevant credit guidelines. Commercial Finance Services: Setting up, monitoring, and administrating credit lines, performing daily factoring/loan processes. Administrating interest rates and performing collections processes, monitoring payment behavior, and informing Credit Management about potential early warning signals. Managing the stock audit process, including provider steering, and monitoring, ensuring quality, supporting tender processes, reviewing invoices, and escalating issues. Monitoring and fulfilling targets (e.g., Dealer Satisfaction Index, Stock Audits monitoring time, SOT's reaction and reporting time). Supporting dealers regarding all IT system-based questions (Dealer Front End System). Lead the Credit team (6 associates). Our requirements: Min. 5 years credit management, commercial finance and relevant collections experience in the Financial Services / Banking sector, preferably in Credit Analysis / Underwriting, and at least 3 years leadership experience; Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) on multiple levels in the organization; Excellent knowledge of credit processes, including analysis of Financial Statements and Risk Principles; Networking and relationship skills; Change and project management skills; Knowledge of relevant local regulatory requirements; Negotiation Skills; Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal); What we offer: Contract of employment, Flexible working time, Remote work opportunities, Company car, Sharing the costs of sports activities.
