We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Delivery Manager interested in leading CRM projects. Our dynamically growing practice focuses on high value Digital Transformation and IT delivery projects, with solutions like Dynamics, Pega and Salesforce, at their core. You will work collaboratively with our clients to support them with the implementation of a business-driven vision for their IT functions. You can expect a lot of independence and variety in this role, so you will also need the skill to be agile. We will appreciate if You are willing to take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve our current relationships and support prioritizing participation in practice initiatives to provide a long-term pipeline of projects for our firm. Your key responsibilities:

Identifying organization needs and potential for business evolution
Take end-to-end accountability for delivery and its results
Build and maintain relationships with the client and key stakeholders as a trusted expert with a broad perspective of both business and technological aspects in order to successfully deliver and implement the project
Plan, communicate and execute project tasks according to the highest standards
Lead both physical as well as virtual teams of consultants and developers involved in project delivery
Designing roadmaps & strategies for personalization and applied analytics
Collecting requirements and designing business architectures for CRM and applied analytics
Combining different vendors withing one architecture
Cooperation with technical architects and data science teams on both client and advisor side
Business lead or project manager for deliveries of technological solutions, personalization and analytics

Skills and attributes:

Business and technical Experience in delivering major programs involving CRM, Customer Data Platforms, Customer Intelligence and Mar Tech
Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
Hands on experience in facilitating requirements and design sessions
Exceptional customer facing skills
Being a great team player with experience in working in international teams
In-depth understanding of Agile and/or Lean concepts
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
Proven experience in leading a cross-functional teams, including solution architects, data architects, business analysts, report designers, consultants and service providers.
Experience in full cycle implementation and deployment of CRM, Customer Data Platforms, Customer Intelligence and Mar Tech solutions
Very Good understanding of a key CRM architectural concepts
Keen attention to detail, problem solving and strong analytical skills
Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both business executive and technical personnel.
Understanding of competitive CRM and Mat Tech technology
Oriented on delivery of best quality products together with integrated team
Fluent English

Your background:

Minimum 7 years of experience implementing CRM, CDP, Martech or Customer Intelligence solutions ideally in an international environment
4+ years of experience consulting, as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment
Proven track record of projects / programs where you have acted as a delivery manager
Professional certifications related to project or programme management (e.g. PMP, MSP, Pg MP) and/or product management (e.g. SAFe)
At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science or marketing
