About the Role:

The role is to provide financial leadership to the Account. Ensuring all regions have appropriate and adequate financial management, control and reporting to meet all Client and CBRE requirements.

As a key member of the Account leadership team you will actively drive the Account to ensure it meets the targets set and our sustainable growth through exceptional Client service agenda.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to the Account, ensuring effective financial management and reporting across EMEA.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner.
3. Drive high-quality financial performance by aligning service line commitments with corporate policies and identifying savings opportunities.
4. Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, monthly management accounts, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with SOX controls.
5. Lead and motivate a diverse finance team, promoting accountability and professional development.
6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational objectives and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
2. Experience working in Facility Management industry.
3. P&L and Balance Sheet management experience.
4. Experience of managing GMP contract/driving cost saving initiatives.
5. Fluency in English in both speaking and writing, German knowledge would be an asset.
6. Proven experience in financial leadership within a complex multinational environment and managing geographically diverse teams.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior management and clients.
8. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving results through others.
9. Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools, with experience in Dynamics AX being advantageous.
10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
