We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Warsaw. At Future Mind, we help top retail and e-commerce brands navigate digital transformation through tailored consulting and delivery services. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, driving strategic conversations, and shaping impactful digital solutions. Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term partnerships with existing and new clients. Stay close to clients’ evolving business and technology needs; proactively identify how we can assist. Represent Future Mind confidently and clearly — acting as one of our brand’s faces. Sales & Strategy Lead and coordinate the full sales cycle — from proposal creation to negotiation, closing, and ongoing growth. Communicate the value of our digital advisory and delivery services effectively to decision-makers. Support inbound lead generation, primarily through referrals and trusted networks, not cold calling. Internal Collaboration Work closely with Consulting and Solutions teams to develop strategies, run pilot programs, and build implementation offers. Act as the link between clients and agile project teams to ensure alignment. Process & Documentation Draft and maintain clear, lightweight documentation and reports. Possess experience or education to discuss new technologies with clients to improve business performance. Interest or experience in e-commerce, marketing automation, CMS platforms, and online business technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with cultural awareness. Ability to lead conversations in a broad cultural context is a plus. Curiosity about people, business, and technology. Confidently discuss how digital tools can enhance business performance with clients. Bonus Skills Background in digital consulting or familiarity with software development teams. Exposure to project management, psychology, teaching, linguistics, or cultural studies. Experience with CRM tools and organizational skills. Openness to learning and adopting new technologies.
