Job Description As an International Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing \ relationships with key clients in Modern Trade Channel. Your focus will be on maximizing sales, revenue, and market share by understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international Modern Trade Clients to drive sales growth. Collaborate with relevant parties (finance, legal, marketind, trade marketing, etc.) to devise effective trade and contractual terms for Clients. Monitor adherence to these terms, assess business risks, and take timely actions to minimize potential losses. Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective trade strategies, JBP's, to achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Identify risks and opportunities, coupled with risk mitigation and opportunity realization skills. Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external stakeholders Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and execution process management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).5-10 years of experience in FMCG industry, as International Key Account Manager, Export Manager in Modern Trade Channel Advanced level of English is mandatory, nice to have French or German language knowledge Critical and analytical thinking, strong negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
