SF1-PL-S-4, Collections & Recovery Senior Specialist Description Your responsibilities: Conducting negotiations with clients, negotiating debt repayment terms. Verifying and terminating contracts that meet the criteria for termination. Analyzing, recommending, and taking actions to recover receivables from clients. Supervising the activities of external debt collection agencies and law firms. Preparing orders for external entities. Representing the Company in prosecutorial proceedings, court cases, and criminal matters. Supervising bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring proceedings. Leading and actively participating in internal projects. Our requirements: University degree (banking and finance, management, law, accounting). At least five years of experience working in restructuring and debt collection departments in a leasing company or bank. Knowledge of regulations regarding leasing, rental, basic accounting principles, civil law, commercial company law, and legal aspects of establishing collateral. Knowledge of general accounting principles, insurance, criminal law, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings. Negotiation skills, particularly in telephone negotiations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Initiative and the ability to propose ideas that enhance the efficiency of one's own work and the team's work. Proficiency in English.
