Title and Summary Managing Consultant, Advisors – Strategy & Transformation Role overview: Leading client engagements, developing strategies leveraging data and technology, managing relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to Mastercard’s consulting services across industries. Roles and Responsibilities Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements. Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients using data and technology solutions. Manage relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client needs and change readiness. Team Collaboration & Culture Lead teams to generate insights, deliver presentations, and grow team skills. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams to scope projects and develop solutions. Qualifications Basic qualifications: Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields. Experience managing teams and client relationships. Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point; strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience in innovation or industry-specific expertise. MBA or relevant master's degree (preferred but not required).
