Role Overview The Consultant, Advisors – Strategy & Transformation works within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services, providing data-driven strategic insights to a diverse global clientele across industries such as banking, retail, and hospitality. This role involves leading strategic projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and contributing to Mastercard’s intellectual capital. Key Responsibilities Provide innovative ideas across various industries and problem statements. Develop strategies and programs leveraging data and technology to unlock client value. Understand client needs, risks, and agendas through collaboration with Mastercard teams. Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers. Lead project meetings, prepare presentations, and deliver strategic recommendations. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields. Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point. Effective communication in English and Polish/Hungarian; additional European languages are a plus. Legal eligibility to work and travel as required. Preferred Problem-solving and solution implementation skills. Experience working collaboratively with third parties. Industry-specific expertise.
