We are currently looking for a carbon process specialist to join us in our Global Climate Impact Team. Location: Warsaw Fixed term: 1 year contract What you’ll do: Work closely with our various country teams to automate carbon data transformation processes, reducing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency. Work closely with IT teams to seamlessly integrate country-specific and customer-specific carbon data into the existing IT infrastructure, ensuring data availability and security. Support troubleshooting and resolution of data issues and coordinating with country and global key account teams for timely solutions. Oversee and manage business changes within the sustainability data domain. Maintain and improve quality reports of carbon data management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.1-2 years of experience in data modelling, automation, or data process improvement. Skilled in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX is essential. Skilled in SQL and Python is a plus. Knowledge in Carbon/GHG accounting is a plus. Experience in an international company is preferred. Advanced business proficiency in English. Personal skills you excel: Quick learner and team player. Design thinking skill.
