Why this role is important for us To support our Securities Operations team, which is part of the investment operations services (IOS), we are looking for a Lead Business Operations Analyst. The role requires expertise in Sim Corp Dimension with a focus on transaction processing, reconciliation, asset servicing. Ensuring efficient processes and effective adoption of our technology platforms is crucial to ensure we reach our full potential, which is why this role is essential to us. This position will work in close collaboration with the operational teams and the development teams, where you will dive deep into operational processes to identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and recommend improvements. What you will be responsible for Lead or participate in projects aimed at operational improvements. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data sets. Prepare comprehensive reports that detail findings, offering actionable insights to improve business processes. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes. Support development of strategic plans to streamline operations, implement new workflows and ensure adoption. Provide platform training and potentially lead the work of others on teams or projects. Maintain detailed documentation of analyses, reports, and the implementations of process improvements. Provide oversight into application functionality and testing efforts including the review of business requirements, functional specifications, and the preparation and completion of testing. Routinely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to ensure that new initiatives are effectively enhancing efficiency and productivity. What we value More than 5 years of experience working within financial services, with a good understanding of the investment industry. Profound Sim Corp Dimension knowledge. Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Problem-solving skills to identify problems, analyze them, and propose solutions. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization. Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Interpersonal skills to be able to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders, as it is essential for gathering necessary data and securing support for proposed changes. Act as a transferor of knowledge. Ability to initiate and drive changes. Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
