About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Biogas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental technology, plant development, and gas infrastructure. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Assess and scout new project opportunities. Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements: Completed technical or economic training (preferably both). Expertise in environmental technology, plant development, gas grids, or gas infrastructure. Over 5 years of practical experience as a project manager in renewable energy plants or gas infrastructure. Experience in dealing with subcontractors and suppliers. Excellent project management skills with experience in PM tools. Proficiency in Polish and English (oral and written). Strong people management skills. Business management skills (accounting, budgeting). Good PC skills (Office, ERP). Additional Skills: Entrepreneurial thinking and behavior. Customer orientation.
