The FM team offers capabilities across origination, structuring, sales, trading, and research. Offering a full suite of fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities, and capital markets solutions, FM has firmly established itself as a trusted partner with extensive on-the-ground knowledge and deep relationships. Responsibilities: Collaborate with fellow developers, financial market infrastructure experts, testers, architects, and operations teams to deliver working solutions. Take ownership of the analysis, design, build, and delivery of software components written in Java. Take responsibility for identification, estimation, and reporting on the progress of tasks. Assimilate, challenge, help refine, and then apply architectural principles around scalability, security, and fault tolerance. Develop a deep understanding of the mechanics of Market Risk & Market Risk Stress Testing and apply this knowledge. Mandatory Skills Description: Experience & strong academic background:5-8 years with Java Continuous learning - staying up to date with modern technologies Good general understanding of how computers & networks work Experience with Capital Markets Technical skills: Excellent knowledge and hands-on skills in Core Java, JDK 17, GC, collections & streams, threading, latency problems, exceptions, optimization. REST Template / Web Client, JDBC & JPA, Lombok, Jackson Good to have: Google Guice, Google g RPC, Protobuf, Consul, Netty Strong team player Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
