Your responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support by resolving complex technical issues.
- Act as a technical liaison between support and development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Communicate technical product expertise to internal and external customers.
- Show commitment to customer service while building strong customer relationships.
- Utilize support tools to expedite case resolution and document all case interactions.
- Provide updates and case statuses to internal and/or external customers and management.
- Successfully comprehend and triage customer issues, conducting technical research and team collaboration as needed.
Our requirements
- University or higher professional education degree and working and thinking level in relevant area, such as industrial engineering, supply chain management or information technology.
- 1-2 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
- Practical knowledge of warehousing processes.
- Strong technical skills, including DBMS (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and code debugging in relevant programming languages.
- 2-3 years of IT/SAAS application support experience, with a focus on ownership and resolution of customer and system raised issues.
- Proactive support and operations improvement ability.
- Technology skills, including App D, Splunk, Azure, and Python.
- Solution architecture, deployment, and automation skills.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English for effective client communication.
- Assertiveness to tune requirements within teams and drive to propose optimal/optimize solutions within the scope of a project.
- Ability to work effectively with large business and IT teams and to "run with the ideas of others".
- Skilled communicator to all organizational levels in business and IT, from warehouse floor to boardroom.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivating.
