Your responsibilities
PLANNING:
- Monthly monitoring & explanation of P& L Results (Topline & Bottom-line)
- Tracking of action and contingency actions on opex
- Budget & Forecast built-up for owned & managed hotels
- Operational assumptions by hotels in terms of costs optimization
- Financial analysis to identify potential upsides
- Data consolidation
- Cost controlling
- Preparation of reports for internal purposes
- Preparation of financial analysis
- Contribute to financial and operational due diligence (mergers, asset disposals, operational restructuring of hotels, etc.)
- Close cooperation with all departments
- Participation in business procedures creation and actualization
ACCOUNTING in liaison with Manager of International Accounting:
- Daily interface with local accounting team (external accountancy)
- Liaison point between Hotels & Group accounting
- Acting as the point of reference for accounting and tax instructions with other Group entities and various partners (analysis, arbitration)
AUDITS & COMPLIANCE:
- Guarantees statutory accounting and compliance with Group processes
- TREASURY – Daily contact with Banks for ongoing topics related to flows and bank services
PURCHASING:
- Financial analysis to identify potential upsides
- Cooperation with Purchasing Department in implementation on country level of the purchasing strategy decided by country LHG purchasing department
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Proposing, preparing and leading all necessary projects for Louvre Hotels Group Hotels performance optimization
Our requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in economy or finance would be desirable
- Documented professional experience in accountancy and / or audit or on similar position of at least 4 years
- Fluent in English spoken and written (the second language will be an advantage), fluent in Polish
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excell)
- Analytic and financial data reporting skills
- Organisational talent: ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Management & leadership skills
- Communication skills in the team
- Autonomy and responsibility at work
