We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects specialized in Operational Technology (OT) for KABI OT. The role requires a deep understanding of network security, vulnerability management, identity governance, and secure remote access, as well as strong project management capabilities.
The successful candidate will manage and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity solutions across geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the timely completion of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Cybersecurity Projects: Manage the delivery of cybersecurity initiatives within KABI OT, focusing on Operational Technology.
- Define Project Milestones: Set and monitor project tasks, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within the project scope.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Issue Management: Identify, manage, and escalate key issues or change requests, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Regular Reporting: Conduct project reviews, generate weekly reports for executive teams, and track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements where necessary to streamline project execution.
- Budget Management: Manage the project budget, track actual costs, update forecasts, and ensure financial controls are in place.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, or consulting organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity implementation, IT transformation, or business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including Network Segregation & Segmentation, Secure Remote Access, Password Management, Vulnerability Management, and AD Governance.
- Experience deploying cybersecurity tools such as Fortinet, Defender for OT, Sentinel, Beyond Trust, Ping Castle, Purple Knight, Bloodhound, and Crowd Strike.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Experience in preparing and delivering project status updates, conducting workshops, and developing RAID logs.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering security tools like Beyond Trust, Defender for Io T, Sentinel, Azure AD, SCCM, or Crowd Strike.
- Familiarity with Identity Security, including Privilege Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and AD Governance.
