Job Description: IT Project Manager This role combines account management and project delivery. Responsibilities: Build networking and communication with customers, establishing new contacts. Analyze and define development plans with clients. Support the preparation and review of proposals. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project delivery. Create and update Account Plans for clients. Manage multiple teams effectively. Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in managing complex systems for global clients.3+ years of experience in pre-sales activities, including bidding and proposal preparation. Proven success in Enterprise domains such as cloud, mobiles,. NET, Java, and AI. Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices. Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies. Flexibility to work across US time zones. Based in Szczecin, Poland. Knowledge of CMS platforms. Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
