Your Key Responsibilities Lead and execute all financial reporting, accounting, and closing activities for your legal entity, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of actuals for both internal and external (statutory) reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with dsm-firmenich accounting rules, IFRS, and local GAAP to maintain the integrity of financial statements and management reports. Prepare annual financial statements and ensure timely submission of all statutory and fiscal obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, CIT. Manage the annual external audit. Monitor and analyze balance sheet accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; proactively resolve open items and discrepancies. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Drive the financial closing process, including pre-close meetings, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with group deadlines and quality standards. Strong analytical skills for financial monitoring and reporting, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements. Proficiency in accounting with strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, experience in tax filings and financial reporting, and a solid understanding of accounts receivable, reconciliations, and overdue payment management. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls, with the ability to ensure audit readiness and maintain financial integrity. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
