AB Neo Poland is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Formulation Manager to play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across our operations. This is a key role contributing to the development and implementation of high-performance nutritional solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and meeting the needs of our customers.

Some key responsibilities inclu de:
Maintain and update nutritional specifications and product formulations within our formulation system
Lead and support reformulations, nutritional curve adjustments, and data interpretation from R&D trials
Ensure technical documentation—such as datasheets, safety sheets, and labels—meets all regulatory and nutritional standards
Support procurement through costing exercises, price list preparation, and margin analysis
Collaborate with production to ensure seamless implementation of formulation changes and address manufacturing challen ges
Skills and Exper ience
Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or a related discipline
Proven experience using formulations software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for technical and cost modelling
Willingness to travel to other sites and customer locations as needed
