Title & Location
GL Accountant / Payroll Accounting – Warsaw, Poland (on‑site)
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards
Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports
Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct
Reconciling accounts with the general ledger
Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping
Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
Basic Qualifications
College graduate preferably with Finance / Economy specialization
Experience in accounting and Payroll accounting
2+ years’ work in finance / accounting and GL. SSC environment will be advantage
Exceptional attention to detail
Willingness and ability to learn
Experience with data analytics will be an advantage
Collaboration and communication skills
Fluent in both English & Polish language including professional vocabulary
Even better if you know German, Italian, French and Spanish language
