We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven person to join our Human Resources team as an HR Partner. The HR Partner will be the front line HR representative to the Team Lead and Area Manager client group in the Amazon Fulfillment Center. As an integral part of the HR team, you will help drive a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex Associate queries. You will address low‑risk employee cases (including conflict resolutions) and support investigations for employee relations issues. In addition, you will partner with operations and HR teams to execute standard company‑wide programs and actively seek opportunities to invent and simplify.
Key Job Responsibilities
Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR related topics
Employee case management in line with local legislation
Support investigations in line with local legislation
Support implementation to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute engagement initiatives
Lead HR local and regional projects as assigned
Collect and analyze data to assist the HR team to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment and engagement initiatives
Apply knowledge of local employee law and legislation with supervision of management

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. Amazon’s total compensation package may include additional elements such as a sign‑on payment and eligibility for a restricted stock unit scheme. The recruiting team will share the final base pay and any applicable compensation components based on skills and requirements.
Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, Multi Sport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well‑being).
The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 8,550 gross monthly.
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in HR related roles
High proficiency in Polish and English (speaking & writing)
Practical knowledge of Polish labour code
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in an international corporation, preferably in a logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment
