Flyps is a high-tech software house that has been on the market for seven years. We specialize in projects requiring high levels of expertise : R&D, AI, computer vision , or high scalability. As a software house, we develop software for self-driving robots, biotech and medtech companies , Io T, and data-driven companies, among others. We create our own internal products (e.g., our social live selling platform) and work with both foreign and Polish clients - including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We created the first cashless and self-service stores in Poland and our team was a pioneer in the field of building automation.

Task range:

• creating modern applications
• work in pull request and code review mode,
• making design decisions according to business expectations and balancing between writing easily expandable code and the speed of development,
• taking care of the security of solutions created (we commission additional penetration tests for external entities),
• creating technical specifications based on product requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of production experience in full-stack web development including working with React, and Javascript
• 3+ years of commercial software development using Python
• Knowledge of modern Python and great experience with at least one of popular web frameworks (such as Django, Fast API), databases (preferred Postgre SQL), docker, and cloud environment (such as GCP or AWS)
• Proactivity - we want you to actively participate in the development of the project, this is our key to successful cooperation both inside Flyps as well as with clients
• good general technical background 
• you like writing unit tests
• knowledge of English - at least a communicative level
• team player
• willingness to work later hours 

Nice to have:

• experience with LLMs
• experience building and maintaining Graph QL and/or REST APIs
