We are looking for a
Technical Leader / Data Engineer
This is a key leadership and hands-on technical role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing engineers, and delivering high-quality data solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
7+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or software development
3+ years in a technical leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or similar)
Strong background in Service Management / ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change)
Expert-level Snowflake experience (required)
Advanced Azure Data Factory (ADF) knowledge for ETL/ELT pipelines
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Service Now and Azure Dev Ops
Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure Pipelines) and Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities
Manage and balance team workload (ITSM / SDLC)
Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to engineers
Lead technical onboarding and foster a collaborative culture
Ensure team productivity and morale
Act as the first line of technical escalation
Conduct final reviews of technical solutions and pull requests
Oversee incident management, RCA, and SLA performance
Monitor KPIs (MTTR, RCA Rate, Recurring Incidents)
Align team work with sprint goals and mitigate delivery risks
