L2 Technical Support – Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination

Responsibilities
Provide
break/fix support
for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Re-image devices
and reinstall/configure applications as needed
Troubleshoot
Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
Coordinate with third-party vendors
for escalations and hardware replacements
Document issues and resolutions in the
IT service management system (Service Now, Remedy, etc.)
Requirements
6+ Years
of experience in
L1/L2 IT support
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
Experience in an enterprise IT environment
Preferred certifications: Comp TIA A+, ITIL Foundation
