What You'll Do:
Offer technical support to Fun Crafters' employees directly from our office, addressing both hands-on and remote technical challenges.
Conduct root-cause analysis on technical issues across the systems you manage.
Handle the installation and configuration of software on employee workstations.
Oversee the management of software licenses.
Lead the evaluation and integration of new tools within the company to enhance business operations.
Develop and implement scripts, tools, and processes to prevent issues proactively, minimize manual tasks, and boost employee productivity.
Maintain high-security standards to protect company data and systems.
This position is done on-site from our offices.
What We're Looking For:
Candidates with over 5 years of experience in IT Support, demonstrating a track record of effective problem-solving in a remote environment.
A position of independent nature – we are looking for someone who can effectively manage their time and tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver expert-level support for cloud-based and Saa S applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian products).
In-depth knowledge of data security and identity management best practices.
Excellent documentation skills and a passion for educating others.
Proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
A foundational understanding of IT security regulations and standards, including ISO 27001.
Proven experience in coordinating teamwork, ensuring collaborative success.
