Join Our De Longhi Team as a Customer Service Advisor with German

Be our brand ambassador handling customer inquiries via phone, web form, or chat

Follow our proven procedures to meet customer needs quickly and professionally

Process warranty claims and coordinate repair services ️

Offer technical troubleshooting support and guidance

Resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product info for a seamless customer experience

Assist customers with every step of the purchasing process, from questions to resolving issues

What We're Looking For:

German language superstar (C1 level) in both writing and speaking

Proven experience in a Customer Service role, especially in consumer products

Comfortable with multiple systems and platforms (like CRM, Web Chat, Review Sites)

A team player with a positive attitude and great support for colleagues

Previous experience in a Contact Centre
