Job Description CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Release Team Leader to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and priorities while ensuring all platform releases meet legal, industry, and certification standards. Support the team in understanding platform requirements, legal rules, and industry standards to make sure all releases follow the necessary compliance and certification guidelines. Monitor daily activities, identify bottlenecks, and provide support to keep things running smoothly. Support team growth through mentorship and career development opportunities. Conduct performance reviews and regular 1:1s to ensure team well-being and engagement. Ensure the team is properly staffed to meet project needs. Drive improvements in workflows, automation, and documentation for greater efficiency. Address team challenges, including workload distribution, morale, and conflict resolution. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in software development, release management, or a related field. At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role, preferably in a cross-functional environment. Experience working with different gaming platforms: PC, Xbox Series X/S, Play Station 5, Nintendo Switch. Proven experience managing release cycles, including planning, coordination, and execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Production, QA, Dev Ops, and other cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong people management skills, including conducting performance reviews and 1:1 meetings. Experience mentoring team members and supporting career development. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Polish language is a plus. Additional Information Working mode Relocation to Warsaw is required.
