Position Description
Orders processing using SAP software
Ensuring invoices accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e-invoicing systems
Handling of returns and complaints
Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce System
Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments

Position Requirements
Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken
Good knowledge of German is nice to have
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office package
