We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Engineering Manager to become a key part of our Engineering team. ‍
Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, ensuring optimal performance and supporting team development.
• Work with leadership, design, and product teams to coordinate project and goals
• Manage recruitment efforts to build a high-performing engineering team.
• Monitor and guide team growth, offering coaching and career development support.
• Collaborate on task prioritization, roadmaps, and ensure smooth project workflows.
• Oversee team projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.

Our requirements:

• 4+ years in a leadership role within engineering, preferably in Saa S
• Strong hands-on experience in diverse software engineering roles, providing deep technical expertise to effectively lead and guide engineering teams
• Expertise in Agile frameworks
• Ability to introduce and manage tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and solve challenges
• Team-oriented with the ability to cultivate a collaborative atmosphere
• Experience building and growing teams, handling recruitment and integration
• Track record of handling complex projects with multiple teams, ensuring timely outcomes
• Fluent in English communication
