responsibilities :
- Lead and Execute: Spearhead IT projects within PPG, ensuring top-tier engineering outcomes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Business Analysts to design software solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Innovate: Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept, transforming business requirements into robust technical designs.
requirements-expected :
- Education & Experience: A higher degree or equivalent experience/technical training. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform is essential.
- Prior experience in development would be in plus.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, including technical documentation. You'll interact with teams across Mexico, the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage application design and prioritize projects effectively.
- Remote Work: Comfort in working remotely, with minimal face-to-face interaction with colleagues and managers.
- Agile Methodology: Solid understanding and experience with Agile development practices.
