Overview
As an Information Security Analyst, you are expected to:
Execute client interactions, either by phone or email, with clear, concise terms while adhering to the IAM SDO Customer Service Guidelines
Ensure adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests
Process entitlement, compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for Citi’s global customer base within established support thresholds
Provide routine and defined outputs in a time-efficient manner
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Learn and use numerous different systems on a basic level
Able to set priorities; strong attention to detail and work under pressure
Provide on call / scheduled work during weekends / public holidays on some occasion
Advantages
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Mainframe, Database, Unix servers
Basic knowledge of password management tools, i.e. Cyber Ark
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on MS Excel

Organization Background
Information Security Administration (ISA) Service Delivery Operation is the operational arm for Identity and Access Management within the Digital Workplace Client Services (DWCS) organization. With 700+ employees located across the globe, IAM SDO manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees/contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients in Citi applications and infrastructure systems. IAM SDO builds the appropriate security architecture in new applications and supports large business-driven technology projects.
