Cebi Poland, based in Sosnowiec, is looking for an IT Coordinator responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, data security, and user support across the company. This role also includes coordinating the IT team’s activities, collaborating with Corporate IT to ensure the deployment of group-wide procedures, and driving technological improvements to support business growth.
Your mission:
Coordinate and supervise the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments
Work closely with Corporate IT to ensure compliance and deployment of group IT standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, and peripheral devices
Ensure data and system security through backups and protection against cyber threats
Implement, maintain, and optimize software and IT systems
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
Provide user support for daily IT-related needs
Prepare technical documentation and regular reports
Manage relationships with IT service providers and hardware suppliers
Contribute to IT budget planning and modernization projects
Your profile:
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in a similar role (system administration, IT support, team coordination)
Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, computer networks, and databases
Basic understanding of IT security principles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation
Advanced knowledge of computer networks and server technologies
Familiarity with EDI technologies
Experience in IT project management
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (AS400 and SAP experience is a strong plus)
