Job Description

Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters focusing on system and network layer optimizations.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions to ensure seamless application integration and deployment.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana.
Optimize cluster performance, scalability, and security using advanced tools like Cilium and Illumio.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes infrastructure and applications.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Kubernetes engineer or similar role, with a focus on system and network expertise.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, components, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, containerd) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools, particularly Salt Stack.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana.
Knowledge of network security and microsegmentation technologies like Cilium and Illumio.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
