Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe Location: Home Office (Europe) The Role NEC Europe is looking for a creative, people-oriented sales professional who is passionate and results driven and will strengthen the Sales team. The successful candidate will resume responsibility for sales and business development to the Service Provider accounts in the Eastern Europe Region. Success will require experience in customer-centric sales of Transport Network solutions from NEC’s 5G partner ecosystem coupled with NEC’s System Integration services. Key Responsibilities Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships by up- and cross-selling Acquisitioning and developing of new customers and implementation of sales activities as well as contact maintenance Independent preparation and elaboration of commercial offers, business strategies, conducting contract negotiations on all business levels of the customer. Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within the customer’s organisation, NEC, and our partner(s) Work with internal departments such as product and technical teams to engage successfully with clients and partners – be the customer’s advocate within NEC. Develop and execute on a joint business plan that results in (over-)achieving revenue goals and agreed KPIs. Have confidence in qualifying opportunities and leads based on technical and commercial criteria. Sales Management, pipeline management and reporting. Are you interested? The candidate will be required to have a proven track record with sales in the Service Provider domain in Eastern Europe. Knowledge of Network Security, Optical and IP products, with associated services, is beneficial. Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience in the telecommunications market, ideally from service provider related industry with a proven track record in major accounts in Eastern Europe Develop and deliver a clear strategy for pipeline growth Must have strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
