We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Power Platform Consultant to join the team. Being technology experts, we implement our solutions with humans for humans – partnering with fellow IT departments and digital business units alike is key to our success. Our team consists of experts for process automation, case management, low-code Citizen development, RPA, and process mining.

Your new role:

• Promote Citizen Development for process automation using the Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Advocate for the benefits of Citizen Development to business stakeholders at various levels and through presentations at internal events.
  • Expand our Power Platform community of practice within the company.
  • Enhance capability building by assisting Citizen Developers with their initial projects.
• Lead or Co-lead our Power Platform Citizen Development community of practice:
  • Oversee regular community meetings.
  • Organize community events such as hackathons.
  • Continuously improve our training materials.
• Manage the Citizen Development ecosystem in collaboration with your colleagues:
  • Classify new use cases based on their suitability for Citizen Development and the appropriate technology/platform.
  • Collaborate with Citizen Developers on solution design.
• Advance the Power Platform as our strategic low-code Citizen Development platform by developing templates and establishing best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of process automation concepts such as BPM, RPA, hyperautomation, and low-code.
• Significant experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, including platform configuration and management.
• Strong technical foundation, including databases and working with APIs.
• Experience and enthusiasm for managing communities of practice and organizing hackathons and similar events.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a self-organizing environment and a strong desire for continuous learning.
