Junior Legal Counsel

Place of work: Warsaw

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Drafting and negotiation of franchise and hotel management agreements;
• Assisting and advising Operation teams in solving legal issues in relation to daily hotel operations in all areas except HR & Tax;
• Drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements (NDAs, Mo Us, services agreements, procurement agreements etc.);
• Supporting and advising the teams in respect of personal data (GDPR);
• Handling pre-litigations and follow-up of litigations with external counsels.

PROFILE:

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel with the following skills and qualities:

• Accomplished lawyer master graduated in Polish law with up to 2 years’ experience in commercial and contract law;
• Fluent in both spoken and written Polish;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English;
• Good knowledge of German can be an advantage for this position;
• Diligent with attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal skills.
