WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAudit information to ensure that the inbound data and paperwork matches with information included in SAPReview and audit SAP Inbound delivery data against third party invoices and warehouse data Verify SAP order data, create Inbound data and invoice posting Create the plan of weekly container delivery for the railway operator and on-carriage companies Cooperate with Ocean Carriers and on-carriage companies regarding container releases and on-carriages arrangements Check and follow up on railway container deliveries Ex Hamburg and report any Supply Chain issues Monitor and report on international logistics key performance indicators for continuous improvement WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORFixed term contract until March 2026 Spoken and Written English language is a must At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial or freight forwarding company (FFWD preferred)Proficient in Excel, Outlook and general Microsoft Office programmes Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: Higher education in Logistics/Transport Teamplayer - open minded and happy to work with English speaking colleagues mainly in DE but also across entire EUKnowledge of SAPWHAT WE OFFER YOUA challenging role where you can actively contribute to the company's success and take on responsibility International work environment Variety of training and development opportunities Attractive remuneration package, social, fitness & health benefits Flexible working hours Generous mobile working option High Work-Life Balance Transportation allowance Special discounts on Panasonic products ABOUT USPanasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers in the world.
