Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Business

Role Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Understand hospital environments and customer segmentation to enable effective relationships.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, seeking growth opportunities.
Understand client needs and challenges to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary contact, coordinating communication and managing expectations.
Balance face-to-face and digital meetings effectively.
Support medical education and congress programs.
Triage customer queries within a matrixed environment.

Sales Forecasting and Revenue Growth

Forecast pipeline and demand, negotiating prices within specified ranges.
Develop and implement territory plans to meet revenue goals.
Review and execute annual account plans.
Prepare sales forecasts and analyze trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Generate and follow up on new leads, including procurement and hospital management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability, partnering with contract shared services.
Use tools like Salesforce and Vistex to manage sales activities and client records.

Market and Competitive Analysis

Gather customer and competitor insights for reporting to GM and Marketing.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management with a record of achieving targets.
Deep industry knowledge, including drug development, regulations, and market dynamics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
