Packaging Equipment Repair and Operation Engineer Key Job Responsibilities:• Developing long-term and current plans (schedules) for various types of equipment repairs, as well as measures to improve their operation and maintenance, and monitoring the implementation of approved repair plans (schedules).• Promoting the implementation of integrated regulated maintenance systems ensuring the timely commissioning and repair of equipment.• Participating in the maintenance check of the equipment, the acceptance of newly received equipment, and spare parts.• Controlling the quality of work, making the necessary adjustments to the repair methods to achieve the necessary features and characteristics of the equipment; organizing the preparation of repair work, assessing the need for spare parts for the equipment repair.• Developing measures to improve the organization of maintenance and repair for the bottling shop equipment, reducing the complexity and cost of repair work, improving their quality and efficiency, increasing wear resistance, and reducing equipment downtime.• Analyzing the causes of excessive wear, accidents, and downtime of equipment and participating in the investigation of their causes, as well as the causes of industrial injuries, taking measures to prevent them.• Drawing up applications and specifications for spare parts, materials, and tools, controlling the correctness of their consumption and use; preparing materials to conclude contracts with manufacturers for the supply of spare parts and equipment. Requirements for Candidates:• Higher / secondary education (technical).• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.• Competent user of Microsoft Office.• Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is preferable. Skills and Expertise:• Reading and understanding production drawings.• Expertise in pumps, valves, pipes, and fittings.• Reading hydraulic diagrams.• Expertise in the terminology of compressed air.• Expertise in pneumatic components, pneumatic circuit design, and troubleshooting, servo pneumatics.
