As a Senior Talent Assessment and Development Specialist, you will play an important role in identifying, assessing, and developing the skills and potential of employees within the organization.

Leveraging your expertise in talent management, you will design and implement assessment programs, training initiatives, and talent development strategies to ensure the organization is equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to meet current and future business needs.

About your key responsibilities and impact: Talent Assessment: Developing and implementing effective talent assessment tools and methodologies; Conducting assessments to evaluate individual and team capabilities, identifying strengths and areas for development; Analyzing assessment results to provide meaningful insights into employees' skills, competencies, and potential; Coordinating the development, testing, and implementation of the Assessment modules in current or new HR systems; Integrating talent assessment and development into the performance management system and processes.

Succession Planning: Working closely with HRBP and leadership teams to identify and groom high-potential employees for key leadership positions; Developing, implementing, and maintaining succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles.

Career Development: Providing guidance and support to employees in creating individual development plans and career paths; Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities; Guiding career paths and advancement opportunities.

Learning and Development: Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and proactively address them; Designing and delivering targeted L&D programs to address identified skill gaps and development needs ensuring alignment with business objectives and individual development plans; Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement; Designing and implementing initiatives to support continuous learning and skills enhancement.

Essential professional experience: 5+ years of proven experience in building up and implementing talent assessment and development systems and approaches in companies with 500+ headcounts; Deep knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and tools: types, characteristics, mechanics, usage, and effectiveness criteria; Proven experience in designing and implementing successful complex talent development programs; Experience in developing a corporate competencies model based on values; Experience in automatization of talent assessment approaches and processes; Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices; Passionate about developing comprehensive and efficient assessment tools and methodologies for such crucial HR processes as recruitment, performance management, and talent development; Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends; Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate training sessions, provide feedback, and build relationships across different levels of the organization; Capability to adapt to changing business needs, stay updated on industry trends, and innovate in assessment and learning methodologies and approaches; Facilitation skills and experience will be a plus; Relevant certifications in psychometric assessments, talent development, coaching, or organizational development will be a plus.; Upper-intermediate level of English.
