Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Process service orders efficiently in SAP, ensuring quality and completeness of technician reports,
Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations to guarantee timely and accurate billing,
Maintain customer and device data in CRM based on inputs from technicians and customers,
Collaborate with business partners across supported countries,
Ensure high-quality, professional daily service activities within agreed KPIs,
Handle complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents,
Prepare service administration statistics and reports.
What You Need to Succeed
1-2 years of professional experience in Backoffice roles,
Very good command of English (min. B2),
Good knowledge of Spanish (B1/B2 level is a must),
Strong skills in MS Office,
Quick learner with excellent attention to detail,
High customer focus, ensuring service quality and timely delivery.
