As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent to Mondelez International. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a successful recruitment experience.
You’ll have the exciting opportunity to partner with various functions across Poland and the Baltics to drive our continued success. In your role, you’ll be a key contributor to our employer branding initiatives, helping to showcase our company as an employer of choice.

How you will contribute
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define requirements for each open role
Adapt recruiting techniques and leverage various channels to source qualified candidates
Conduct effective phone and video screenings to identify top talent
Present a qualified shortlist of candidates to hiring managers
Guide & train the hiring community through the recruitment process, providing market data and insights
Meet regularly with Hiring Managers to build strong relationships and provide updates
Interact with candidates and ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process
Lead improvement and employer branding initiatives
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Min. 3 years of experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding across different functions
Experience in recruiting specialist and managerial roles within the manufacturing industry is a significant asset.
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and market trends
Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
