Trainee Aircraft Mechanic Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services (WAMS) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located in Wroclaw, Poland. As part of our continuous growth plan, we are seeking to recruit Trainee Aircraft Mechanics for our 12-week training program with intakes in 2023 and 2024. Responsibilities of a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic: Carry out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision Repair components made of fiberglass, carbon, aramid or various aluminum alloys (composite workshop). Carry out repairs and testing of aircraft cabin equipment components and filling oxygen cylinders (avionics workshop). Repair such components as wing mechanization elements, engine intakes, landing gear components (structural workshop). Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks. Complete the appropriate documentation. Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to. Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager. Requirements Requirements of a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic: Good knowledge of English (min. B2). Knowledge of technical drawing. Willingness to work in shifts. Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, creativity. Experience in a similar position demonstrating hand skills preferred.
