Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of People Solutions strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage programs that integrate HR delivery with HRIS systems.
Analyze and enhance the use of HR data for reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
Prioritize and coordinate HR cases and requests from business units and the broader HR community.
Identify and drive improvements across all HR processes and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and influence senior business leaders to adopt best practices.
Collaborate with external service providers and lead negotiations when necessary.
Manage a department or unit with multiple experienced managers and professionals.
Oversee budget planning and execution for the job family or functional area.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Ph D in a relevant specialist area.
Experience: 10–12 years in HR or related fields, with proven leadership in strategic HR management.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in HR data and systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges and deliver functional solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
