As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of assigned systems and tools. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to users (on-site and remote).
Resolve user-reported issues via the Service Desk platform in accordance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
Monitor and maintain assigned IT infrastructure and systems.
Manage and track IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
Oversee and support the development of assigned IT tools and software.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Your Background:
Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships or part-time work included)
Familiarity with IT asset management tools or ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Technical education (completed or in progress) in IT or a related field.
