Department Overview
The Krakow PCR (Professional and Commercial Radio) department is responsible for delivering software for mission‑critical and business‑critical communications for public safety, humanitarian solutions, manufacturing, retail, logistics and many other verticals. Our team follows industry‑standard and innovative software development practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, component and system‑level testing. We use Agile methodologies to organize our work ranging from cross‑functional small teams to Agile portfolio management. As owners, we are responsible for the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, including specification and design, implementation, system level testing, delivery and maintenance.
Job Description
The responsibilities of the Dev Ops Engineer (with programming) position include an active role in CI/CD pipelines development and tests automation. This includes responsibilities such as: creation and maintenance of the SW continuous integration and validation environments, SW builds environments, as well as coding, maintaining and executing the system and subsystem test scenarios, creating, running and enhancing the automation tests framework, design automation test scripts, automated test execution. The person hired for this position will be working with an experienced team that is fully located in Motorola Solutions in Poland/Cracow. Having full local access to the state of the art labs in the Cracow location, all equipment and systems needed to perform tasks.

Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Focus on quality and attention to details
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Information and Communications technologies or any related fields
English B2
Hybrid work model: 2 days from the office. During trial period possibility to be in the office more often.
