What you’ll do:
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international legislations and related standards
Ensure frontloading and proper communication for sharing legislation roadmap with relevant stakeholders
Create and maintain updated the official workflows and guidelines to support the implementation of any legal requirements, including internal requirements
Coordinate and drive internal investigations and activities linked to eco-design, sustainability and circular economy
Ensure engagement and compliance deliverables for any projects or internal activities
Support projects and other internal activities by active participation to project meetings and ensure deliverables related to compliance
Support R&D Community and relevant stakeholders in integrating eco-design, sustainability and circular economy principles into product development.
Ensure link with Central Teams on items related to eco-design, sustainability and circular economy and represent Food Preparation R&D for the management of compliance activities managed centrally
Ensure proper management of technical documentation
Who you are:
Master degree in Environmental/Mechanical/Electronic engineering or equivalent
3 years of experience on compliance at global level with preferred focus on standards and legislations related to eco-design, sustainability and circular economy. Experience in household appliances will be considered as a plus.
Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and sustainability metrics.
Experience in R&D or product development environments.
Understanding of circular economy principles and eco-design strategies.
Strong communication skills, especially in the English language, both written and oral. Skilled in technical writing
