• Leading the Process Engineering teams in Poland and Switzerland
• Overall responsibility for process design and the conceptual design of systems for injection molding, deburring, coating, soldering, etc. as part of the production of sensor antennas in the automotive sector
• Coordinating process development in collaboration with R&D
• Creating specifications and supporting supplier qualification
• Technical and methodical support in carrying out machine acceptance tests
• Carrying out audits
• Managing the assigned projects

Your profile

• Mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineer with leadership qualities
• Several years of experience in process engineering, optimizing manufacturing processes, and procuring equipment in the automotive or medical sector are mandatory
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing engineering teams or white-collar professionals
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve goals and maintain high performance standards
• Proven expertise in leading taskforces and managing critical and challenging situations
• Experience in lean management, statistical process control and design of value chains as well as in-depth knowledge of digitalization and automation
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Enjoyment of a coordinative interface function in a dynamic and fast-moving project environment
• Experienced in working in multicultural and international environments, demonstrating adaptability, cultural awareness, and effective collaboration across diverse teams
• Good command of English
• Good command of German would be an asset
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15%) and ability to work under pressure
